ABOUT SOFTLIX
We got tired of watching stores lose money to bad spreadsheets
Softlix started as an internal tool for keeping one small store's inventory straight across three channels. It's now built for any team that refuses to oversell a bestseller again.
OUR STORY
Built by people who ran the warehouse
Softlix began in 2025 when our founding team was running operations for a small consumer goods brand, manually reconciling stock counts between a storefront, a marketplace, and a point-of-sale system every single week. The spreadsheets always drifted, and the drift always cost money — an oversold bestseller here, a phantom stockout there.
We built the first version of Softlix to fix our own problem. When other store operators asked to use it, we realized the problem was universal: as soon as a store sells in more than one place, keeping stock and orders honest becomes a full-time job nobody signed up for. Softlix exists to make that job disappear.
OUR MISSION
Give every store an accurate manifest, always
We believe operational accuracy shouldn't be a luxury reserved for large retailers with dedicated ops teams. A two-person store selling on three channels deserves the same real-time accuracy as an enterprise with a warehouse management system.
Every feature we build is judged against one question: does this make the manifest — the single source of truth for what a store has, owes, and has shipped — more accurate, or does it just add noise?
HOW WE WORK
What we optimize for
Accuracy over speed
A fast sync that's occasionally wrong is worse than a slightly slower one that's always right. We test for correctness first.
Plain language, plain interfaces
Warehouse staff shouldn't need training to use software they touch every day. We write for the person doing the work.
No dark patterns, ever
Cancel in two clicks. No hidden fees. If a plan doesn't fit your store, we'll tell you before you buy it.
Small team, direct access
When you email support, a person who helped build the product answers — not a ticketing queue.
